Beyond his real estate success, Mario has applied his business acumen as an owner and manager of Bars/Restaurants in Santiago and the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, as well as a restaurant/bar/lounge in Forest Hills, NY. Additionally, he has coordinated nightlife events for Latin promotions in New York City for six years. Mario is a PADI-certified diver, a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and enjoys skiing and golfing. His diverse management experience and extensive business background enable him to connect and understand both his clients and agents on a deep level.

Originally from Bucharest, Romania, Mario relocated to New York City at a young age and has resided in various neighborhoods, including Queens, the Upper East Side, Hell’s Kitchen, the East Village, Miami, and the Dominican Republic, where he currently lives.
