Villa Overview

This mountain villa is located in the hills above the Bannister Hotel, yacht club and marina in Puerto Bahia Samana. It has recently been completely renovated and includes covered parking for two cars with two levels in the main villa that terrace into the mountain slope. This private villa has its own swimming pool and lush tropical gardens. The Bannister Hotel has multiple amenities available to the owner and guests of the villa and boat slip which is in addition to the Ocean Club at the entrance to the marina.

Lifestyle at Puerto Bahia

In addition to the private swimming pool and tropical gardens at this luxurious mountain villa with ocean views, the gated community of Puerto Bahia Samana includes a ton of other amenities to enjoy. Although this villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, and outdoor dining and BBQ, there are multiple restaurants throughout the community. The Bannister Hotel down by the boat marina has three dining areas. Just above the reception area and lounge is an oceanfront  breakfast area. In the other rotunda on the other end of the hotel is another restaurant and bar for seaside dining an libation. The indoor dining area includes a classic pizza oven for true freshly made orders. Then there is the Ocean Club restaurant out by the entry to the marina. This area is great for lunches by the infinity swimming pool or dinners in a more formal setting.

In addition to the multiple swimming areas, there are tennis courts, game rooms and outdoor jungle gyms for the youngsters. There is also a mini-market for snacks and other needed sundries. Inside the hotel is a first-class gymnasium, beauty salon and spa.

You can also schedule boating trips for fishing, snorkeling, and explorations. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are only a short drive away. The cities of Samana, Las Galleras, and Las Terrenas are 10, 30, and 40 minutes away respectively. The drive to the capital city of Santo Domingo is approximately 2 hours. The drive to the El Catey – Samana International Airport is approximately 30 minutes.
