Jim Fannon

Jim is a 30 year veteran of Canadian real estate (CREA OREA) from the Niagara Region (NAR). A proven strong negotiator, always making his clients the number one priority. Jim is an excellent communicator, honest, genuine and transparent. You’ll never have to guess what he is thinking. Integrity and loyalty are at the top of the list of what he likes to see in people. A born leader and a natural teacher, he was heavily involved in production at his church as a camera operator and video director / switcher, as well as looking after the kids in preschool, when not on the production team.

Jim’s passion for real estate, the political climate and endless opportunities for foreign ownership and investment brought him back to the Dominican Republic, after vacationing here years ago and falling in love with the people and the culture.

Jim looks forward to helping people start a new life on a tropical island with an inexpensive cost of living and being surrounded by loving people and the freedom that is rarely experienced in the “new normal”.
