  3. Counter Notification
    If you are a customer or MLS-Dominican.com website user who has received notice from us that your Content has been removed following our receipt of a notice of claimed copyright infringement, and you are the owner of the allegedly infringing Content or are otherwise authorized to use such Content (including ‘fair use’) and it is not possible to come to an agreement with the reporting copyright owner, you may provide written counter notification to our designated DMCA agent.
